FootyFav Signals ("the App") is operated by Vildan Demir Şallı ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data.
1. Information We Collect
The App does not require account registration or sign-in. We collect the following limited data:
- Device ID: Used solely to deliver push notifications and to maintain your subscription status. Not linked to your name, email, or any personally identifiable information.
- Push notification token: Used to send live signal alerts when you opt in.
- Purchase information: When you subscribe, Apple processes the payment. We receive only an anonymised receipt to verify your subscription; we do not receive your payment card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To send push notifications for live football signals (only when you opt in).
- To validate and manage your subscription (FootyFav Signals Pro — monthly and annual plans, each with a 1-week free trial for new subscribers).
- To improve app performance and reliability.
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We use the following service providers solely to operate the App:
- RevenueCat — subscription management. RevenueCat Privacy Policy
- Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) — push notifications.
- Supabase — backend infrastructure and data storage.
4. Data Retention
Device identifiers and push notification tokens are kept while they are needed to provide the service. You can disable push notifications in the app at any time. Uninstalling the App removes all associated local data.
5. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
6. Your Rights
